    taj palace hotel nueva delhi

    New Delhi
Magnificent hotel that didn't disappoint. Great decor and treatment from the staff. In accordance with Indian customs as soon as we got there they painted a red dot on our foreheads, they gave us flowered leis and gave us some typical juices to try. An exceptional welcome after two days of travel on planes and buses. Also in this hotel there;s a replica of the Orient Express. The area is decorated like an old train station with tables where you can have a coffee or a drink and then have the Orient wagon on the side decorated in a more romantic style.

    anoop hotel

    New Delhi
I have been to this hotel twice and I left quite happy. The prices are more than fair and it has a rooftop terrace, from which the roofs of the houses seem like watercolors (as Marta pointed out). You canr eserve online and it's close to the airport and is less than 1 km from the train station (so it's very easy to keep traveling). The rooms are comfortable (but basic, the entire area has very few luxuries, and this hotel is the simplest, but it's not a bad idea to bring a sheet or buy one as a souvenir, since cleaning is not the strength of the Indians (and I'm not very scrupulous.) Rooms have AC (which is almost air conditioning), sink, and hot shower (not always, but usually). They make great milkshakes and sandwiches and as I said, enjoying the sunset on your roof with a shawl while the sun sets and seeing kites flying over the roofs of the colorful houses is a wonderful moment to reflect on your journey, to make your plans, and to get excited about the adventure ahead.

After a long, but exciting trip, it is essential to get a good hotel to rest. The Hyatt Hotel is near the Indira Gandhi airport and has very good security. It seems incredible that such luxury can exist in such an apparently poor country. I would always go back. India has the most extreme contrasts ever. The hotel restaurant offers high-level international cuisine and has an extraordinary buffet.

    hotel chanchal continental
    Hotels in
    New Delhi
There are lots of options for lodging in New Delhi, and the Chanchal Continental Hotel is a good choice. Its location is quite good, halfway between New Delhi and Old Delhi, and with many rooms facing a small back street so noise is at a minimum. The rooms are quite comfortable and the service is perfect. For just 15 euros we have a double room, with flatscreen television, shower, and toilet.

    New Delhi
HORRIBLE PLACE !!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO. The pictures you see on the website are completely FAKE! Getting there was one of my worst experiences - narrow "streets" filled with rats and human feces. The "hotel" - I don't even want to call it that - is completely filthy, the staff are rude and untrustworthy, always trying to squeeze more money out of you. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

A magnificent hotel in terms of both decor and service. As is customary in India, they'll paint a red dot on your forehead, give you a lei, and offer juices with the flavours of the region. An exceptional welcome! The hotel is inspired by the style of the Orient Express. There's an area decorated like an old station, with tables where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink. A lovely, romantic atmosphere.

    maidens hotel new delhi

    New Delhi
Located in the residential area north of Delhi, this white-walled hotel is close to may attractions like the Red Fort, Humayun's Mausoleum, and Chandni Chowk. It is divided into two floors, with large and very comfortable rooms with all amenities in elegant surroundings reminiscent of the colonial past. The outdoor pool, located in a well kept garden, is sure to refresh you after a long day of sightseeing. The complex also features a stylish restaurant whose name honors Lord Curzon: a gallery of photographs adorn the walls and tells the history of India during the twentieth century, as you savour a modern interpretation of traditional dishes.

    b&b new delhi hotel

    New Delhi
Delhi is a particularly noisy city to the point of sometimes becoming aggressive. What better way to relax after an irritating day than in a quiet house? Far from the agitation of old Delhi, the B&B New Delhi, close to the Moonlach metro station offers the peace you need. The manager and his family will welcome you and give you some useful advice.

    New Delhi
In the small Tibetan town of Majnu-ka-Tila, we slept in the Himalaya House. While the amenities are quite basic, the quality / price it offers is remarkable. Also we ate twice at the restaurant and the dishes were very good. It is, in our opinion, one of the best places in the neighborhood, although most of them are similar.

    hôtel namaskar
    Hotels in
    New Delhi
This hotel is listed in guides like Lonely Planet and Backpacker because it offers some interesting services. In fact, you can book in advance and get picked up at the airport for about 6 euros. For visitors arriving at night, this is a particularly good idea. The arrival in Old Delhi is truly surreal, with the silhouettes of cows crossing the roads, stray dogs roaming in packs, and men sleeping on the ground ... it's reassuring to know that the hotel is waiting for you. The rooms are well-priced, about 3-4 euros for a double, which is just right for Delhi. They are very clean, with pink walls (this colour signifies welcome!), although a little bit dilapidated. No breakfast.

On the terrace is a good restaurant that combines Hindu and Western food, where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Although the street where it is located is quite noisy, the rooms are very well insulated, so the rest is assured. The room price is 40 euros, including breakfast.

    cottage ganga inn
    Hotels in
    New Delhi
The Cottage Ganga Inn is a little backpacker hotel for those who are not on a super strict budget. The non-AC rooms cost 800 rupees for a single or 1100 rupees for a double. If you want a room with air conditioning, singles start at 1100 rupees. The location is unbeatable, right in Paharganj, specifically in an alley that separates the main street and the Bazaar, so the nights are quiet. The rooms are simple but clean, and all have hot water. There is free wi-fi throughout the hotel and the staff is very friendly. Totally recommended!

    city star hotel
    Hotels in
    New Delhi
For those who have just landed in India (Delhi's first impression is usually not good, so better rest well) Or flee from the sparse accommodation for backpackers. This hotel could fit into the category of a Spanish 3-4*. New and modern rooms with all the amenities, including free wifi. The breakfast is pretty good buffet, served on a pleasant roof terrace, overlooking Delhi :) The location is a definite plus, just five minutes from Main Bazaar and Railway Station New Delhi. They offer shuttle service to / from the airport. The price? About 40 euros. Highly recommended for those who do not have budget problems, or to take a whim.

    New Delhi
The chaotic Paharganj neighborhood in Delhi is home to the famous bazaar, lots of tourist attractions, and plenty of hotels, restaurants and travel agencies. It's here where you'll find the Hotel Shelton, a pleasant hotel offering double rooms starting at 800 rupees. The hotel is in the heart of the city, but the rooms are actually pretty quiet and you get to take a break from the noise and chaos of the city. The Wi-Fi is free and the staff is friendly.

    saar inn hotel
    Hotels in
    New Delhi
The Saar Inn is very impersonal, as is normal for an Indian hotel in this range. The rooms are quite spacious and European-style, clean by Indian standards. They are equipped with minibar, LCD TV with Sky and air conditioning. The windows can't be opened, which is good given the smog of Delhi. The hotel is close to the metro and to the main road, where you can find all sorts of means of transport, close to all the essential services. Be careful with services like the airport pick-up; on the website, it's listed as free, but you'll need to get that in writing at the time of your booking to avoid an argument. A double room costs about 36 euro per night, including breakfast.
